What should I do if the request cannot be found?
Try viewing the item details. Do this by performing a Request Inquiry. (For help with this, view FAQ page on Request Inquiries.) You can then view the item details and possibly determine if the item has been cancelled.
If you still cannot locate the request, it is possible that the patron has cancelled it. If this happens, the system will only hold the request for 24 hours before erasing it (for patron confidentiality).
If you know that the patron has not cancelled the request, and you still cannot locate the request, contact the Helpdesk for assistance (info below).
When I attempt to ship an item, I receive a "Request Not Found" error.
